河南能源监管办关于撤销河南安缘建设工程有限公司行政许可的决定

河南安缘建设工程有限公司：

经调查核实，你单位在向我办申请承装（修、试）电力设施许可证时，为满足许可条件，使用了非本公司工作人员的电工证并取得了承装（修、试）电力设施许可证，构成了采取欺骗手段取得承装（修、试）电力设施许可证。

我办已依法对你公司上述行为作出行政处罚（豫监能罚决字〔2022〕1号）。根据《承装（修、试）电力设施许可证管理办法》（发改委令第36号）第三十三条之规定，决定撤销你公司承装（修、试）电力设施许可。

如对本决定不服，可自收到本决定书之日起60日内向国家能源局申请行政复议，或者6个月内直接向有管辖权的人民法院提起行政诉讼。复议和诉讼期间，上述决定不停止执行。
