河南能源监管办关于撤销河南三和电力工程有限公司行政许可的决定

河南三和电力工程有限公司：

根据群众反映问题,在对你公司进行监管过程中，发现你公司人员已不满足现行承装（修、试）电力设施最低许可等级的许可条件。因你公司所留联系方式均无法联系，我单位分别于2022年4月22日和2022年6月2日在门户网站发布了要求你公司与我单位联系并接受监管的公告和撤销行政许可事先告知书的公告，你公司在规定期限内均未与我单位联系，也未对撤销你公司承装（修、试）电力设施行政许可提出异议。

根据《承装（修、试）电力设施许可证管理办法》（发改委令第36号）第二十九条、三十条、三十三条之规定，我单位决定撤销你公司承装（修、试）电力设施许可。

如对本决定不服，可自收到本决定书之日起60日内向国家能源局申请行政复议，或者6个月内直接向有管辖权的人民法院提起行政诉讼。复议和诉讼期间，上述决定不停止执行。
