说明：许昌市区住房租金均价是按网络调查、实地调查、抽样调查等方式综合统计取得。根据许昌市区划位置和人们的生活居住习惯，将许昌市区分为：中心城区（八一路以南、新兴路以北、清潩河以西、京广线以东）、东城区（清潩河以东）、铁西区（京广线以西）、八一路以北、新兴路以南五个区域。每个区域抽取5到20个不等住宅小区，每个小区抽取不等房源进行信息采集。其中住房租赁信息采集以简装家具家电为主，若按简装空房可视具体情况，将租金单价下调1-3元/㎡。2023年住房租金价格较2022相比变化不大，铁西区租金单价上浮0.8元，八一路以北区域租金单价下降2.5元，其它区域基本不动，房屋空置周期2-3个月左右，较去年缩短。
