许昌市中心城区“汽改水”工程 2023年政府债券存续期信息公开-筑小讯

根据《财政部关于印发的通知》(财预〔2018〕209号)、《河南省财政厅关于做好2024年地方政府债券存续期信息公开工作的通知》（豫财债管〔2024〕7号）和《许昌市财政局关于做好2024年地方政府债券存续期信息公开工作的通知》（许财债〔2024〕11号）的要求，现将许昌市中心城区“汽改水”工程专项债券存续信息公开如下：
一、项目基本情况
项目建设地点为许昌市魏都区、建安区、东城区、开发区，新建一级热水管网总长度2×83.08km，管径DN1400~DN80，其中主干线及支干线总长度2×54.86km，支线总长度2×28.22km;改造及新建热力站218座;改造二级热水管网热用户约197个;改造采暖立管热用户约158个。改造范围内共需改造热用户约304个，改造入网采暖建筑面积约1159.83万平方米，集中供暖面积约695.90万平方米，采暖热负荷353.80MW。项目总投资约14.98亿元。

二、项目建设进度

本项目于2022年7月开工建设，截至2024年5月，项目已基本完工，剩余收尾工程正在按计划建设中。

三、债券资金使用情况

本项目申请专项债券资金30000万元，分别为2023年1月申请专项债券资金10000万元（30年期，利率3.3%）、2023年4月申请专项债券资金15000万元（30年期，利率3.34%），2023年8月申请专项债券资金5000万元（30年期，利率3%），已投入项目建设资金30000万元。
